30-Day Free Repairs Policy

Eligibility Period:

You have 30 days from the purchase date to notify us if your Cheryl Ann Jewelry piece breaks.

Covered Under Free Repairs:

Natural breaks in chains or wires.
Broken clasps.
Stones that have fallen out.

Not Covered Under Free Repairs:

Damage due to high acidity levels in the body or reactions with skin products such as lotions, perfumes, and soaps.
Breaks due to force, such as getting caught or pulled.
Lost charms. Ensure the clasp is fully closed each time you wear or remove your jewelry to prevent loss.

Initiating a Repair:

Contact Us: Fill out the Contact Us form and include the original order number, or the name of the gift giver if the item was a gift.
Provide Photos: Attach photos of the piece, focusing on the area needing repair.

Repair Processing Time:

Repairs can take up to 30 days to be processed, repaired, and shipped back to you.

Repairs After 30 Days:

Timeline: Repairs are available from 31 days up to 1 year from purchase, within the limits stated above.
Service Fee: Fees range from $25 to $50, depending on the repair scope.
Payment: A Repair Invoice for the service fee plus return shipping costs will be issued and must be paid before sending the item for repair.

Shipping Instructions for Repairs:

Package Securely: Place the jewelry in a small box or container or wrap it in bubble wrap or tissue paper for protection.
Use a Bubble Mailer: Ensure the package is secure and will not get damaged in transit.
Insure Your Package: We recommend insuring all return shipments, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
