You may exchange your jewelry for another item of equal value or within a $5 difference.
If the new item exceeds the original price by more than $5, please include a check for the difference.

To process your exchange:

Include a note with your name and the item you’d like in exchange.

All orders are final and binding once placed.
Orders cannot be changed or canceled unless the Seller determines that:
- There was unauthorized or ineligible payment use.
- A system error or unforeseen issue has occurred.
