Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date your order was shipped to be eligible.
  • Items returned after 14 days will be reshipped to the customer upon receipt at our warehouse.

Return Conditions:

  • We do not accept returns on jewelry that shows signs of wear or aging, as reactions to individual body chemistry vary and are out of our control.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
  • Gift items can be returned for store credit only.

Recommendations and Responsibility:

  • We recommend you get insurance all return shipments as we are not responsible for lost or damaged merchandise.
  • We are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

Processing Returns:

  • Processing returns may take up to 10 business days once we receive your package.

How to Make a Return:

  1. Request Return Authorization: Email Contact Us to request a Return Authorization Number and state the reason for the return.
  2. Package Your Return: Securely package the jewelry, ideally in its original packaging. Ensure the item is in its original, new condition.
  3. Include Original Invoice: Include a copy of the original invoice with the Return Authorization Number written on it.
  4. Ship to: Address will be given to you in the approval email along with the Return Authorization Number. 
  5. Return Postage: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  6. Refund Process: Your refund will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

Orders & Cancellations:

  • An agreement is made when Cheryl Ann Jewelry, LLC ("Seller") accepts your order, including goods description, price, and tax.
  • Orders are binding and considered final once placed and cannot be changed or cancelled, except by the Seller in cases of unauthorized or ineligible payment use, or due to system errors or unforeseen problems.
