Jewelry Care & Cleaning
Be advised that chemicals in soaps, lotions and perfumes can be hard on gold-filled or plated jewelry and could cause the aging process to speed up.
Please keep in mind, we are not responsible for pieces that show aging once they have been worn since the body chemistry is different for each of us, and each piece of jewelry is affected differently. Per our policy, we don't replace pieces that show signs of aging once worn.
Care tips on keeping each piece of jewelry shiny and new looking!
- Remove rings when washing your hands, doing the dishes, or using lotions.
- Limit showering, working out, or swimming in your jewelry.
- Store them in the tarnish bag we provide with each order. A jewelry bag or jewelry box can be used to store them in as well.
- Take them off while sleeping. This way, you both get rested!
- Invest in the proper jewelry cleaning solution and polishing cloth to clean your jewels every month or two.
- It's best to clean natural pearls in warm soapy water. Most crystal pearls can be cleaned in jewelry cleaner.
- Follow all instructions on the jewelry cleaner you choose.
