General Information:

  • All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Shipping Method.
  • Orders include tracking.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Orders are normally shipped out within 5-7 business days after credit card authorization and verification.
  • Shipping times may be delayed by one day during holidays.

United States Orders:

  • Free tracking shipping on orders of $100 or more.
  • Orders under $100:
    • Shipped with tracking via USPS.
    • Flat rate of $9.95.
    • Shipping and handling charges cover order processing, packaging, handling, and shipping.
  • No signature required upon delivery.
  • Ensure shipping location is correct and secure.
  • Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

International Orders (Canada only):

  • Flat rate of $25 CAD.
  • Shipping is available only for Canada.

Tracking Information:

  • Tracking information will be included in the confirmation email once the order is shipped.
  • It can take up to 24-48 hours for tracking to become live on USPS.com.
  • If you cannot find the confirmation email, check your spam folder.
